This story began its life as a response to flashfic challenge. Then I got distracted by something shiny and what with one thing and another, here it is six months later and the story is apropos of nothing in particular, seeing as I can't even remember what the challenge was.

A couple of weeks ago I got my brother-in-law to take the bath chair out of my tub and pack it away in the attic, and since then I have been taking luxurious showers.
